Back by popular demand!  Start your day out right with an energizing workout that will have you FEEL AMAZING all day long!  Experience the breathtaking beauty of the quite lake view as I take you through a full-body strength & cardio workout that is sure to burn fat, increase strength, and tone your body quickly.  All fitness levels welcome and modifications are given to all beginners.


Mon, Wed, Fri at 8:15 am Dates to be announced Meet at the change room deck on the main beach. Bring running shoes, water bottle, towel and/or matt (if the change room deck is not ready, we will meet in the park by the community Hall. Watch my website and FACEBOOK for details)



Gentle Fitness Class in the Park at 9:30 am

Experience the beauty of starting your day with the fresh lake air and the beautiful scenery of our park as I take you through a low impact workout that will enhance mobility, flexibility, balance, build strength and enhance cardiovascular health. This class is designed for the beginner exerciser and/or those of us that are aging, to create a strong sense of self-confidence, strength, and well being.    It is promised to have you
 FEEL AMAZING after each workout.  Modifications are given for all levels including those that WANT advanced.  You can make this class more intense if you choose.


Mon and Wed 9:30 am Dates to be announced   Meet me at the disc golf in the park beside the Community Hall with your water bottle, towel and/or matt
